Wet feet

At two o'clock in the morning we moor in Kristiansand. Zoë is sleeping under the chairs, while Olivier slept with his head on the table. With sleepy eyes we see the twinkling lights of Kristiansand...

Relieved, we turn into a small dirt road and leave the busy road. It is sometimes inevitable to skate short stretches on busy roads. In the Netherlands, there would be a cycle path parallel to the busy road, but that cycling culture is missing here...

“Sweden will have to do its best to beat Norway,” we say when we leave Lillehammer on Sunday morning. We can hardly imagine that Sweden will attract us even more.
